This is one of my favorite spots in Tulum! Absolutely beautiful house with wonderful amenities. It’s like having your own little tropical oasis in the jungle. The outdoor showers and hot tub are the best part!! Down the street is a little cafe perfect for breakfast and within walking distance of Holistika Art Walk, which is definitely worth checking out. Jose the house manager is great and the hosts are very helpful and responsive. Don’t hesitate to book this place!! It’s amazing!

This place is/was beautiful. The pool was cleaned every 2days. bery provate and relaxin looks better than the photos and the outside shower n tub was ahhhhmazing. The vibes were there. store right in front of the bnb. would def book again

We celebrated my 30th birthday in Tulum at Reed’s villa and it was so worth it! The villa was beautiful, Reed was so responsive, and the on-site manager, Jose, was amazing! They both gave helpful recommendations for transportation, food, and tourist attractions. The villa was also clean and looked just like the photos!

Such a great place! Property was exactly as described- clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. Location was also perfect, close to the cities and very close to the beaches/cenotes. The property manager was also very friendly and welcoming and recommended us spots and very quick to respond! great spot overall!

My family and I had an amazing stay at Reeds place. So much so that we were interested in extra time but unfortunately it was all booked out because why not, it is a spectacular place. From the moment we arrived all the way through the end, we felt right at home and had no issues. The beds are great, towels are plentiful and the pool is an absolute joy! Reed I will see you in my future my friend!

Great place to stay.
We had a girl trip and it was more than we expected. Place is safe, close to everything that you need, lovely interior. Reed is great host, always replying and ready to help any time. Property manager Jose was a right person to ask if you have any concerns and was very helpful.
We will definitely come back.

Reed’s place was perfect for our 2 couple vacation stay. La Veleta is developing but filled with great spots to dine and drink, rent scooters/atvs, shop, etc. The pool was a great place to relax and the rooms were super comfy. Definitely a jungle oasis. The Property manager Jose was the best!—so helpful with helping us find the right tours, cabs, etc. Highly recommend this stay. Thank you, Reed.

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful villa. Reed and Erika are great hosts and very attentive. Property manager, Jose, was so kind and helpful throughout our stay. He was able to connect us with taxi's and bike rentals. The separation of the living room/kitchen and bed rooms with the outdoor pool in the middle of the court yard made it feel like a resort. Walkable to many great restaurants and vendors. I would book again in the future and highly recommend those to book this villa.

Our stay at Reed’s beautiful Villa was amazing! Everything was as described and there were no issues during our stay. Reed and his team were super responsive with any questions or concerns we had. Wish we stayed more time in Tulum to fully enjoy the entire villa. Would definitely stay here again!

Reed's place is an absolutely unique find amid a lot of the "same same" Airbnbs in Tulum. The "main house" contains the beautiful kitchen, living room + dining room, with a wall of huge windows looking out at the private pool in the courtyard. The bedroom suites are in a separate building across the courtyard, offering a sense of privacy and detachment from whatever your travelling companions are up to. The villa's location is excellent, and a short walk to all of the bars and restaurants on Calle 7. We recommend Reed's place to everyone and would absolutely stay here again.
