RENTAL AGREEMENT CONTRATO DE ALQUILER This Lease is entered into on the date hereof, by and between (“Owner”) and (“Renter”) for the property listed. Este Contrato de Arrendamiento se celebra en la fecha del presente, por y entre ("Propietario") y ("Arrendatario") para la propiedad listada. TERM: The term of the Lease shall begin on the arrival date and end on the departure date. The property will be ready for occupancy no earlier than 3:00 pm on the arrival date and must be vacated no later than 11:00 am on the departure date. The term of the Lease may be reduced or extended upon mutual consent, following payment of any additional fees agreed between the parties, and confirmed in writing by the Owner. PLAZO: El plazo del Contrato de Arrendamiento comenzará en la fecha de llegada y finalizará en la fecha de salida. La propiedad estará lista para ser ocupada no antes de las 3:00 p. m. de la fecha de llegada y deberá ser desocupada a más tardar a las 11:00 a. m. de la fecha de salida. El plazo del Contrato de Arrendamiento podrá ser reducido o prorrogado por mutuo acuerdo, previo pago de las tasas adicionales que acuerden las partes, y confirmado por escrito por el Propietario. If the Owner concludes that this policy has been breached, the Owner reserves the right to expel the entire party with no refund. Renter assumes all risk of injury or other losses relating to any recreational activities, including the use of any swimming pool on the Property, and will hold Owner harmless with respect thereto. CLÁUSULA DE INDEMNIZACIÓN: El Arrendatario por la presente acuerda Indemnizar y mantener al Propietario libre de cualquier y todo reclamo, incluidos los de terceros, que surjan de o estén relacionados de alguna manera con el uso de la Propiedad por parte del Arrendatario o los artículos de propiedad personal proporcionados en ella. El Arrendatario asume todo el riesgo de lesiones u otras pérdidas relacionadas con cualquier actividad recreativa, incluido el uso de cualquier piscina en la Propiedad, y mantendrá al Propietario libre de responsabilidad al respecto. NO PERMANENT RESIDENCE: Renter's use of the Property is on a temporary, short-term, and transient basis only. The Property is not, and will not be, the Renter's, or any guest's, permanent residence. All monies paid by Renter shall be forfeited as liquidated damages. Neighborhood
La Veleta is a fast growing neighborhood in Tulum that has some great restaurants, shopping and a fun vibe. The neighbors are friendly, everyone is relaxed and the jungle is all around you. Keep in mind that the beauty of the jungle means that you are in the jungle. Please expect to encounter jungle wildlife such as ants and other insects, small lizards, frogs, birds, and other lovely creatures. As well as jungle the creatures, and keeping in mind that Tulum is a growing City you also have potential of hearing construction noise as this area of Tulum expands and develops. If this bothers you then a jungle stay anywhere in Tulum may not be for you. *Please also note that because Tulum is a developing area we can experience WIFI and power outages, that are out of our control, due to severe weather or maintenance of the infrastructure. Thankfully these outages only occur a couple times a year during hurricane season.

Our home is located in a 4 property strata. This means that the entrance to the property is locked and secure. Once you enter the home, everything is private. The pool is only for you and your guests.
