RENTAL AGREEMENT CONTRATO DE ALQUILER This Lease is entered into on the date hereof, by and between (“Owner”) and (“Renter”) for the property listed. Este Contrato de Arrendamiento se celebra en la fecha del presente, por y entre ("Propietario") y ("Arrendatario") para la propiedad listada. TERM: The term of the Lease shall begin on the arrival date and end on the departure date. The property will be ready for occupancy no earlier than 3:00 pm on the arrival date and must be vacated no later than 11:00 am on the departure date. The term of the Lease may be reduced or extended upon mutual consent, following payment of any additional fees agreed between the parties, and confirmed in writing by the Owner. PLAZO: El plazo del Contrato de Arrendamiento comenzará en la fecha de llegada y finalizará en la fecha de salida. La propiedad estará lista para ser ocupada no antes de las 3:00 p. m. de la fecha de llegada y deberá ser desocupada a más tardar a las 11:00 a. m. de la fecha de salida. Renter assumes all risk of injury or other losses relating to any recreational activities, including the use of any swimming pool on the Property, and will hold Owner harmless with respect thereto. CLÁUSULA DE INDEMNIZACIÓN: El Arrendatario por la presente acuerda Indemnizar y mantener al Propietario libre de cualquier y todo reclamo, incluidos los de terceros, que surjan de o estén relacionados de alguna manera con el uso de la Propiedad por parte del Arrendatario o los artículos de propiedad personal proporcionados en ella. NO PERMANENT RESIDENCE: Renter's use of the Property is on a temporary, short-term, and transient basis only. The Property is not, and will not be, the Renter's, or any guest's, permanent residence. All monies paid by Renter shall be forfeited as liquidated damages.
